New Custom Sails

Porpoise Sailing Services can also supply you with new, custom made sails. Some sails we will have built by Gregg Knighton, owner of the Quantum Loft here in Sarasota. In addition to 20+ years of experience building common cruising and racing sails Gregg Knighton has built gaff, sprit, batwing, and junk sails. Gregg has also built sails for many home built boats including designs by Bolger, Brown and Wharram. We also have sails built in Thailand to our designs and specifications. These sails use only U.S. made sailcloth and hardware allowing us to import them free of import duties. They can be very affordable option for many boats.
